General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit our “service” in any way.
You understand that your content may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Information Accuracy
We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The information on this site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.
Changes and Prices
We reserve the rights to modify the price of any product, anytime without any notice.
Products
We made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of color will be accurate.
Also, we reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
Order Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to understand when your package fails to arrive due to inaccurate, incomplete, or not current information that you have provided, that you lose your right to receive your order. In this case, Voure shall not be liable for any kind of loss and is not obligated to resend your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same person and/or billing and/or shipping address and/or credit card. When we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by email or phone, but we are not obligated.
We strongly recommend that you double-check your shipping and billing addresses during checkout and after your purchase. If you notice a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at helpvoure@proton.me.
However, if the package has already been sent to the incorrect address provided, we regret to inform you that we are not obligated to resend the package to the correct address.
Refund Policy
If your order is eligible, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date under our return or warranty conditions. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. We reserve the right to deny refunds after 30 days.
We are not responsible for any address errors, lost packages, or order delays after your package leaves our facility. If your order is marked as “delivered” and lost, you have within seven business days of the delivery date to file a claim. If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, you have within three business days to file a claim.
You will receive an email notification once your refund is approved. Refunds may take 2–7 days to reflect in your original payment account.
Please note that we cannot refund purchases to a different payment method.
Promotions
Mystery products and free gifts are non-refundable. If your order includes a promotional discount and is eligible for a refund, refunds will be calculated according to the discount applied to the order. If you meet the minimum purchase, you are eligible for up to only one free gift and one free bracelet.
Warranty Claims
Voure reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if, in our sole discretion, we determine that the claim does not meet our warranty criteria. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to items not purchased from our official website, silver tarnishing, pearl discoloration, lost or damaged jewelry, improper use, accidents, injuries caused by product failure, or damage from normal wear and tear.
Voure is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Modification of Warranty Terms
Voure reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
Limitations of Liability
In no case shall Voure be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Mobile Terms of Service
The Voure mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Voure (“Voure Jewelry”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”).
By consenting to Voure SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Voure through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Voure. Participation is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages imposed by your wireless provider.
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to Voure or by clicking the unsubscribe link where available. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message.
